Abstract

A teacher has a big responsibility for his students, which is why not just anyone can carry out the task of being a teacher. Including when learning takes place in early childhood, an optimal role of educators is needed in early childhood learning so that learning is of high quality. The purpose of this research is to find out what role a PAUD educator must have in learning so that quality learning for early childhood children is visible. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, using library literature as a data collection tool, then the literature is analyzed in depth. The results of this research show that the role of educators in early childhood learning is very important, such as acting as demonstrator, inspirer, informer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, mentor, class manager, evaluator.
